How we handle your data
Plateau Attic keeps this policy deliberately plain. It covers the little data this site touches, why we touch it, and the rights you have over it.

S.02What we collect
What we collect
This website stores no personal data on its own. If you email Plateau Attic or use the contact form, what reaches us is whatever you decided to write: as a rule your name, where we should send our answer, and the sizing, fitting-session or gifting question itself.
S.03How we use it
How we use it
Anything you send Plateau Attic, whether it is a sizing question, a fitting booking or a corporate gifting request, is used only to handle that enquiry. There is no profiling, no automated decision-making and no sharing of your address.
S.04Local storage
Local storage
Plateau Attic does not run trackers on this site. The only thing kept in your browser is a note that you closed our notice; if you delete it, the notice will just come back the next time you visit.
S.05Third parties
Third parties
Your details stay with the boutique. Plateau Attic does not hand them to marketing firms or 'partners', and does not pool them into aggregated data for anyone else. A lawful order we are legally unable to refuse is the one exception.
S.06Storage periods
Storage periods
We hold on to your messages while we are still talking with you about a booking, a fitting or an order, and delete them when that is finished, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
S.07Your rights
Your rights
You have the right to find out from Plateau Attic which of your personal details we hold, and to ask for corrections or for the details to be erased, as provided under Japan's privacy law. Use the contact form or ask in person at the Tokyo boutique; once we have confirmed the request is yours, we will deal with it promptly.
S.08Security
Security
What little we hold is stored on access-controlled systems and is not accessible to anyone outside the business.
